Recommended disconnect steps
- Sign in to the relevant Intuit or QuickBooks Online account.
- Open the apps or connected apps section for that company.
- Locate Codex Test App in the connected app list.
- Choose the option to disconnect, revoke, or remove app access.
- Confirm the revocation and notify the business administrator if the workflow should also stop internally.
What disconnecting does
- Prevents future API access through the revoked connection.
- Stops new authorized sync or bookkeeping workflow activity.
- Does not automatically delete records that were lawfully created before the connection was removed.
If you believe the app was connected without proper authorization, revoke access immediately and review the connected app history within your QuickBooks or Intuit account.
