License scope
Royal Party Corp grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Codex Test App solely for internal business operations connected to bookkeeping, receipt management, and accounting review.
User responsibilities
- You must have authority to connect the applicable QuickBooks Online company and share the data required for the workflow.
- You must keep your own QuickBooks, Intuit, and related business credentials secure.
- You may not use the app to interfere with systems, violate law, or access data you are not authorized to access.
Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, public redistribution, or reverse engineering except where applicable law prohibits such a restriction.
- No use outside the intended accounting and bookkeeping workflow.
- No attempt to bypass security, permission, or audit controls.
Availability and changes
The app may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time as the underlying business workflow changes.
Features may change without notice where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, or process improvement.
Disclaimers and limitation
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.
Effective date: July 9, 2026. Continued use after a material update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
