Information we collect and receive
- Account and company information made available through an authorized QuickBooks Online connection.
- Transaction, receipt, and bookkeeping metadata needed to review, reconcile, and classify business expenses.
- Technical logs needed to secure the app, troubleshoot issues, and verify authorized use.
How we use information
- To authenticate an authorized connection to QuickBooks Online through Intuit OAuth.
- To support receipt matching, bookkeeping review, reconciliation, and related accounting operations requested by the authorized business user.
- To maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and improve the reliability of the workflow.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising or unrelated profiling.
- We do not access a company file unless an authorized user explicitly grants permission.
Retention and access
Access tokens and related credentials are used only to maintain the authorized connection and are handled as restricted operational secrets.
Workflow records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for bookkeeping operations, audit support, security, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can stop future access at any time by disconnecting the app from QuickBooks Online and discontinuing use of the workflow.
To remove access, follow the instructions on the disconnect page or revoke the connection from your QuickBooks or Intuit account settings.
Effective date: July 9, 2026. This policy covers the app's current internal-use deployment and should be updated if the app's data practices materially change.
